As we mentioned earlier, we do not view our proposition of validator effectiveness rating in Rated v0 as the finished article. We merely view it as (i) a springboard for a discussion around how we arrive to what might be considered as a more generally accepted approach to scoring for validator effectiveness, with a clear path to upgradability and (ii) a hopefully useful tool for the community to derive value from.
